As well as the breathtaking scenery, beautiful beaches and vibrant nightlife, Newquay has places to visit!

Please click on the links below for more details...

Shops
Within a couple of minutes walk there is a grocery store/off-licence (Fistral Stores) and several hotels offering meals to non-residents.
Eating out
There are plenty of places to choose from including:
Lewinnick Lodge - on Pentire Headland
Fistral Blu - in the brand new surfing centre on Fistral Beach
Headland Hotel - dine at sunset as the golden glow illuminates the spectacular panoramic views over Fistral Bay. The evening menu is delicious and the surroundings elegant and genteel
Newquay town centre
You can walk to Newquay town centre along the footpath between Fistral Beach and Newquay golf course in roughly fifteen minutes. This means that Keep Cottage is close enough to Newquay for those who enjoy the nightlife and music, and far enough away for those who want to ignore it!
Outdoor activities
The cottage is available all year round and is ideal for those interested in almost any outdoor activities, including surfing, breathtaking coastal walks and challenging rounds of golf. Just behind Fistral beach is the golf course of Newquay Golf Club. The exposed position of the course and the inclusion of some very challenging greenside bunkers make this a perfect course on which to improve your accuracy!
Beaches
Fistral Beach is world-famous as the premier beach in europe for surfing and surfing competitions. Other Newquay beaches include Tolcarne beach, Towan beach near the harbour, Holywell Bay and Watergate Bay.
Nearby areas of outstanding natural beauty
Pentire Headland, the River Gannel and Crantock Beach.

Newquay is a great base from which to explore the rest of Cornwall as it is central to all of the famous towns and attractions.
